What is land filling in Dholera and what does it earn?

What land filling earns, and why it is needed

Much of the Dholera plain is low-lying and has to be raised and levelled before anything can stand on it. The development company charges buyers to do that work, and this page tells you what it billed for it in each audited year. The answer is 4 006.74 INR lakh for the year ended 31 March 2025, and this page carries two audited years of it so you can see the direction as well as the level.

03

What this figure actually counts

Much of the Dholera plain sits low and has to be raised and levelled before anything can be built on it. The company charges for doing that work on a buyer's plot, and this line is what it billed for it.

What this figure does not tell you

This line was nil in the earlier year and substantial in the later one, which reflects when the work was billed rather than when any particular plot was filled.

Definition written by this register. The quantity, its unit and its date are the source's; the explanation is ours and carries no figures of its own.

04

When it changed

This quantity changed 1 time across the readings held here. Each row is a change between two consecutive published readings, so the change happened somewhere inside that window and cannot be dated more finely from these sources.
