Why are there gaps in Dholera's monthly reporting?
Eight reports where there should be thirteen
The government's progress report on Dholera is supposed to appear every month. Across the thirteen months this site covers, eight editions exist and five are missing. That changes what anyone can honestly claim about when something happened, so this page sets out exactly which months are absent and what that does to every change reported on this site.
Eight reports, thirteen months
The central government's progress return on Dholera is a monthly document. Between 30 June 2025 and 30 June 2026 there should be around thirteen of them. This site holds eight.
That has a direct consequence for anyone reading a change on this site. When a figure moves between two reports that are five months apart, all anyone can honestly say is that it moved somewhere inside those five months. This site will not put a date on it, and it will not draw a smooth line between the two points as though the middle had been measured.

Which months are absent
The dataset names the absent months rather than glossing over them, and the wording is reproduced here without edit.
MISSING REPORT MONTHS: the eight editions available are 30.06.2025, 31.08.2025, 30.09.2025, 31.10.2025, 30.11.2025, 31.01.2026, 31.05.2026 and 30.06.2026. July 2025, December 2025, February 2026, March 2026 and April 2026 are absent from the supplied artifacts, so movement inside those windows cannot be dated more finely than the surrounding editions. Not interpolated.
Declared gap, Delivery Monitoring Unit dataset
An absent month is not evidence that nothing happened in it. It is evidence that this site does not know what happened in it, which is a different statement and a more useful one. Every individual movement, with the window it sits inside, is on the changes page, and every source document is listed on the sources page.
