Which Dholera numbers have not changed at all?
The numbers that never moved
A progress report that repeats itself is still telling you something. Of the fourteen numbers the central government publishes about Dholera every month, nine were printed without a single change across the whole period this site holds. This page lists them, says which ones you would expect to sit still, and points at the one that should give a buyer pause.
Nine numbers that never moved
Between 30 June 2025 and 30 June 2026 the central government published eight separate progress reports on Dholera. Nine of the fourteen numbers in them were printed exactly the same way every single time.
Some of that is entirely reasonable. The planned area of the region should not change, and neither should the design of a road. But some of it is the finding, not the background. Nothing in this list is a plan waiting to be updated. Each one was published as current, eight times over.

The one that deserves a second look
The solar park is the clearest case. Its planned capacity is 1 000 MW and the capacity actually running is 300 MW. Both figures are printed in every edition, and neither has moved by a single megawatt across the whole period. A gap that does not close over a year of monthly reporting is a different kind of fact from a gap you have only seen once.
The full run of readings behind both is on the planned capacity page and the running capacity page. What did move in the same period is on the changes page.
